THE ROSE/FAMILY ROOM Welcomes you with a very spacious feel from the moment you walk in the door. You will enjoy the outdoor views from dual aspect windows including the rolling hills of Exmoor and glimpses of the ocean looking towards Wales! This room features a very comfortable sofa bed accommodating a third adult or two small children (small extra fee). There is a wonderful 'power shower' and heated towel rail in this newly refurbished en-suite bathroom. |

THE BLUE ROOM Greets you with a truly warm and cosy cottage feel, yet with room to spare featuring a fantastic cove dressing area where you can relax and get ready for the day. The newly fitted bathroom includes an invigorating power shower. |
| BEDROOM 4: THE KING ROOM This spacious family room features a King-Size Bed and provides a genuine “olde-worlde” rustic farmhouse feel with its original wood floor and beams. You will be delighted with the dual aspect windows with a glimpse of the sea & Wales in the far distance, including the cows just across the way. We are also certain you will enjoy just relaxing on the futon and gazing at cows or sheep out the side window. You’ll also notice Conyger Tower, a famous Dunster landmark, less than 1 mile away. The comfortable double size futon in this extraordinary family room provides extra accommodation for 1 to 2 small children. |
| BEDROOM 5: THE PINE ROOM You will truly enjoy the space & comfort this Farmhouse Single room has to offer, along with beams and the original wooden floors. The comfortable sitting area is a great place to sip on a cuppa tea while mapping out your plans for the day or to sink into a good book when you return home in the evening. Views from this window are a joy with grazing cattle in the foreground and a glimpse of the sea with Wales beyond in the distance. |

The scenery from this window lets you truly know you have arrived in Somerset with rolling hills, all kinds of livestock and occasional glimpses of the world famous Exmoor Deer! You might even enjoy watching Jed chase rabbits in his garden! At some point in your day, you will certainly want to enjoy a book and a cuppa tea in the comfy sitting area of this delightful room. |

You can sink into a hot bath in the original clawfoot Victorian bathtub or simply enjoy a refreshing shower. | THE KING, PINE & GREEN ROOMS The King, Pine and Green Rooms, along with their delightful King Private Bath, are conveniently located in a “separate wing” of the house with a private separating and locking door. This wing has the flexibility to be let to families and friends travelling together and/or with older kids. The large private king bathroom will be shared in that case. If we let to just ONE couple, the bath will remain “completely” private and the other 2 rooms will not be available! |
